Unityglobal Charity e.V.

Unityglobal Charity e.V. is a fundraising nonprofit organization registered in Germany in 2020 and was founded to collect funds and facilitate payment methods between donors and the United in Love Foundation registered in Uganda.

The funds collected through Unityglobal Charity e.V. are used exclusively to support United in Love Foundation causes such as malnutrition, access to clean water, education, healthcare, building of safe homes, job training, woman awareness training, etc.

Ismail Waiswa

Ismail, also called Israel by friends, has the function of our local manager. His responsibilities are to
oversee everything on the front line and is our representative and coordinator. He posses good
discernment and communication skills, is hardworking and selfless, practical and compassionate.
His primary motivation to join the United in Love Foundation is to contribute to a society where all
children can access quality education and experience childhood in a loving family environment.
Israel’s kind wife Tinah joined our team recently as a volunteer to help with the daily routine and
planning of sport and other activities in our Mpigi community.

Magala Ayipo Marvin

Magala Ayipo Marvin

Ayipo is a funny, inspiring, and warm-hearted young man with a natural talent for leadership. Being an orphan himself, he dedicated his life to helping children in a similar situation. He took responsibility for 65 orphaned and abandoned children at his young age and provided at least one meal a day by making and selling bricks. He lives and works in our Mpigi community, and today he belongs to the board of directors of United in Love foundation. We are thankful to have him on the team.

Ruth is a kind young woman who joined our team in Dubai. She was born and grow up in Uganda;
therefore, she can provide us with vital information to correct understanding of the local culture and challenges. Her background is in accounting, and her knowledge of local languages is a great
advantage for any negotiation.
Ruth’s motivation is to contribute to the change of her nation, especially to bring hope into the lives
of single mothers, widows, and orphans.

Bianca Parzanezi

Bianca is an empathic Brazilian with Italian roots. Her compassion for others and serving heart is

She dedicated her career to the best possible service; that what characterizes her. Whether as a
private coordinator and fly-attendant, fashion consultant, or event organizer, she
As a mother, she can’t stand to see so many children suffer while little act of compassion can save
some of these children’s lives.

Veronika Fitzner

Veronika Fitzner

Veronika is a kind young woman who dedicated her life to serving God by serving the poor. She is
originally from the Czech Republic but spent most of her life living abroad in Spain, Germany, and
Dubai. She is studying Orphan Care and Ministry to the poor at Austin Bible University at the
moment. She gave up her career in direct sales to become a generic public figure to guarantee
integrity for all our donors and partner.
Her motivation is to bring salvation to all areas of people’s life.

Daniel is a social entrepreneur originally from Portugal but lived most of his life in South Africa.
He is passionate about cultivating philanthropy and ensuring that resources are used more
effectively to achieve greater social impact in changing more lives for the better. He is dedicated to
research the best technical solutions for our project in today’s digital work and oversees many tasks
that need an analytical approach.
Being a father himself fired him with a desire to bring a sustainable change in those children’s lives
